About the Authors:

Rita Wilson, BA (Hons), BEd, MA, MPhil in English, was formerly Chief Executive and Secretary, Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi. An author and editor of numerous books for school students, she has been active in the field of education for more than five decades. Besides teaching English, she has headed several premier schools in the country and has had exposure to the educational systems in a number of foreign countries, foremost among them being Finland, England, Germany and Japan.

Shiva Prasad Mili is Head of the English Department at Sibsagar Girls’ College, Dibrugarh University, Assam. He is a distinguished author with several academic publications in the areas of language learning, literature and spoken English. He has also written a novel. An experienced resource person and teacher trainer, Shiva Prasad Mili has spearheaded English language education in Northeast India. He also serves as secretary-cum-convener of the English Language Teachers’ Association of India, Upper Assam Chapter.
